Confit Toulouse sausages
According to our ancestral recipes, our confits are slowly cooked in their fat as before, in order to preserve all its flavors and softness.
To be eaten hot in a main course with vegetables, potatoes or mushrooms.
They can also be added to a homemade cassoulet.

Ingredients: Toulouse sausages [meat and pork fat (origin: France), salt, pepper, natural pork gut)], duck fat.
