To keep all the softness of the duck confit, warm the can for 10 minutes in boiling water without opening; Carefully remove the confit the can, then place on the skin side in a stove and brown. It can be served with mushroom, with fried or steamed potatoes, with “cassoulet” or with vegetables of your choice.
