Canned Whole Goose Foie Gras improves over time.
It can be sold in a box (65g or 200g) or in a jar (120g, 180g or 330g).
To taste it, put the Whole Goose Foie Gras in the fridge the night before and leave it an hour before eating, without removing it from its packaging. Slice the foie gras at the last moment to preserve its colors and flavors with a thin knife. Pose it on a fresh or toasted bread, without spreading it.
Enjoy with a glass of white wine from Southwest of France.
