It can be sold in a box (65g or 200g) or in a jar (120g, 180g or 330g).
Tasting Tip:
Put the whole Goose Foie Gras the day before in the fridge and take it out one hour before eating it.
You can then put it on a toast of fresh or grilled bread accompanied by a good glass of wine.
